A bit of info on BSC Young Boys

Had a back-and-forth with a Facebook mate Andy Brassell - freelance football journalist, wrote/had published a very good travelogue on the Champions League a few years back, often on 5 Live, ESPN Soccernet, etc. I mentioned, naturally, that Spuds are jammier than Smucker's for their draw and that I hope they get pounded anyway. His reply:

I just know you'll want to get it right when you're sat in front of the
telly supporting them

Hope Spurs get in the group stages, their squad is nowhere near good enough to cope with constant mid week football

I think it would be better for us if Spuds got in as they don't have the squad to cope with PL and CL football, hence they wouldn't be a threat to our top 4 bid.. any clearer

Why not? They won't go far in the Champions League anyway.
