well i said something nil and thats what we got so result = job done. Not our greatest game but as with the pompey game, two bits of brilliance gets us the points. Johnson has impressed imediately, Viera will get slagged over the road, but for his asist alone i am glad we have him. Level with red scouse with a game in hand, cant really moan but I want to feel more confident but I dont. Maybe its because I have watched city for so long this new italian style of play isnt what I am used to.

I've seen what Italian managers are like with trapattoni at Ireland. We'd be at the World Cup if he wasn't so defensive minded
