its getting close boys and girls. thought to myself on the way home from work tonight when listening to 5 live and the crap spoken about the rags, why cant we do it? after sunday i thought no way, but the closer it gets the more i think why not? City you made me love you now is time for you to make me believe my unconditional love for you isnt actually just blind faith. Play your hearts out for us tomorrow and no matter what the result it will still be worth it.

I've put a tenner on city winning 6-1 at 450/1.

We never do anything by halfs. I seriously think we'll turn it on big time tonight and get Les out of jail.

1-0 to us.
Robbie scoring.
Would still send us out but I think it could be a good thing. I am beginning to dislike Hughes and if mourinho came in I would love it.

It was a good effort but at the end of the day we were shit in hamburg and that is why we lost. Dunne was again shit, he only made one good tackle all game and of course the sending off. Caicedo cannot physically be onside. If we had bellers and Sweep back we would have won. But we didn't.

Odds for Hughes to be sacked? I don't think he will, it was a good performance and if we had someone a tad better than Big Phil up top we would have done much better.

For about 30 mins there I thought we could do it. But as I and jim were saying on Sunday, Hamburg were always odds on to score one...and that proved the pivotal point at the end.

What I want to know is why we can't perform like that in every game?

Bit disappointed in Ireland tonight, but I think that is more to do with his usual high standard rather than owt else.

We played well and we gave our all.

Son is in a RIGHT eff mood though.

Devastated. Elano (stating the obvious) clearly MOTM that passion was what I've wanted to see for a while from him,Ireland wasn't as bad as some people would think. His game tonight enabled our attacking to flow. Bridge played sound enough, looking settled and don't forget he's only been here since Jan and had little match practise for a long tiime before.Given was great (future captain?)

Very little to critiscise,Robinho is so harshly treated by the opposition,I'm sick of seeing the poor sod clattered all over the park by men 6 inches taller than him.

Very happy with that performance tonight,oh,for them two Elano chances to have gone in as well asStudge to scored his ..... Let's look forward to the end of season, give my blood pressure a well earned rest

Pity about that shitty soft goal. Fantastic performance though. Now; can someone explain to big Phil what the offside rule is? I see the usual wankers are out to play across the road tonight. Scorer is in his element, as is that Chesley Sullenberger twat. Wonder if Pam will show up tonight? She stirred things up a bit today! As for your lad, take no notice Mac. We're all a bit pissed off tonight.

Great performance, I thought we were unlucky tonight, Caicedo should have had a hat trick. As much as I want Hughes gone, the mongs on BM demanding his head after tonight are really pissing me off.

Agreed. I don't recall any team finishing mid table (as we did under Sven), then changing their manager and going on to win a trophy the following season. Chelsea were already a more or less established top 4 outfit when Mourinho arived and consequently, it didn't take that much of a push to get them to the top of the hill. I don't know what the Hughes out mob honestly expect him to do. Yes, it's been underwhelming this season and yes, we've been shite on our travels. But do we now sack Hughes and go through the same rigmarole again next season?

Caicedo won't make it with us, i'll finally submit. He's got bags of skill but all to often makes himself look incredibly poor... his inability to learn the offside rule is inexcuseable and broke up our momentum so much tonight... and then theres his first half sitter...

The atmosphere tonight was the best i've ever witnessed at CoMS, hell any football game i've been to. With the flare and the smoke at the beiging it felt like Turkey and we didnt stop backing the guys all the way through the game.

Unfortunately i've also had two run ins today one at SHambles and one at the game which proves to me we have a good element of fans who are complete cavemen.

Devistated tonight, we really should have put about 6 past them in the end tonight, Micah has cost us again though, he needs dropping, he just doesn't care... other than him im so immensely proud to be a blue.

right you dwarf fondlers i am back. I will do it as a list....

we were mint tonight, unlucky but mint

atmosphere, mint again proud of everyone there (only bettered by the first derby at coms) which says a lot for tonight

germans, everywhere as soon as i got into town, all amiable pissed and funny, no mither anywhere

flags and bananas, again mint and everywhere

Proud, yes very proud of all the boys tonight

Substitutions, the forced ones ok, the tactical ones fucking horrendous, why take elano off for a headless chicken FFS

Manager, was this his last hurrah, i fucking hope so

£5 tickets, mint, but do it propperly next time city and reward loyalty propperly

Funny moment, me going through the turnstile and it lighting up cos the computer thinks i am 12, cue me being checked , ticket being checked, and a phone call to the big boss to see if i had paid propperly, I had paid , the phone call confirmed it but the computer thinks i am 12 still. cue steward asking if i knew where my seat was, with me responding "i may have been once or twice before", cocks.

great night, love city even more, but agent hughes really should fall on his sword.

final foot note , i love millie chlode
