Loyalty Points

Well, just been in touch with City because I couldn't log in to the site, they said I shouldn't log in with a helper's number, because they are not 'named' (the problem was that it wouldn't let me change 'Assistant of X' to my name).
So I asked about buying away tickets where I don't go with the disabled person, the reply:

You would be able to purchase away tickets through the Disabled line on the Assistant card without the Disabled supporter attending once games go onto Open Sale.

So basically, 6/7 years of loyalty points count for nothing..gay.

doesn't sound right that... did you push them furter on the issue?

Do they not have someone who deals with disabled supporters who you can contact?

I've had further response,

Assistant cards are free and do not technically accrue loyalty points against them. You can only benefit from loyalty points on a named Seasoncard.

So basically, if there was a final or something that my mum/dad couldn't/wouldn't go to, I would also miss out due to the fact I've been a helper all these years.

I've got the name and number of the disabled liaison officer and will be ringing her when I get chance.

Just been in to sort this and Cup Scheme renewal out...they were brilliant. They basically said that when we get to Wembley, just ring up the disabled ticket line and say you want to upgrade the ticket to adult (if wheelchair person can't go, that is) and they will sort it.

Got 175 extra points for joining all the cup schemes too.

How many points have we all got? I think i'm on about 4000 now. I had 1000 more than that, but 2 seasons ago i lost 1000 mysteriously when i got my season card so i rang up, went through to about 20 different people who told me it was impossible to lose points. Said if i had paper proof of my points number they'd give them me back, but i only ever book tickets online so i never got them back. Fuckin wankers
