City V Wolves
3 in a row????
I suspect Robinho will be replaced by Tevez for this one as we'll need workmen to get the result we require. maybe see squad rotation in action from hughes.

Re: City V Wolves
I just hope we don't fuck up. The expectation levels and amount of pressure on the players is huge. I really hope they haven't read the match thread on bm. Some people think we are going to win by 6 or 7 goals.
I'll go with 2-0

Re: City V Wolves
I'd be happy with 3 points.
The Blackburn game got me thinking i'd quite happily see us win games by the odd goal.

Re: City V Wolves
Looking forward to our first home game... a sell out too!
Blackburn was a great first away game for me, hopefully our new signings are instilling the winning mentality into us.
Take heed from Burnley though, no game is over before it starts.
2-0, i hope.

I would hope no City fan ever thinks that, although judging by the new breed on BM...

I think Robby is injured, and so is Ade. So it will probably be Bellamy and Tevez?
Of course I am taing this from SSN (I usually do nt believe them, so why should I start now?):

Hughes ready to unleash Tevez
City boss set to introduce big summer signing
Tevez: Ready to roll
Manchester City manager Mark Hughes believes the time is right to let Carlos Tevez off the leash.
The Blues boss has had to be patient with his big summer signing after he suffered a slight heel injury this summer.Hughes
has eased the Argentinian striker back with a string of substitute
appearances, including handing him his City debut in last week's 2-0
win at Blackburn. But Roque Santa Cruz (knee) is out for another month, while both Emmanuel Adebayor (groin) and Robinho (ankle) are doubtful for Saturday's home game against Wolves. And after proving his fitness with 64 minutes in Wednesday's 1-0 friendly win in Barcelona, Tevez could be set for a key role on Saturday.
Flying colours
"It was important Carlos got an hour under his belt," said Hughes. "He came through that with flying colours."He looked strong and could have played longer in fact, but it is important we do not expose him to 90 minutes too soon."I think we have done it in the right way and he is probably ready now."The
arrival of Tevez and his fellow summer signings have raised
expectations around Eastlands following last season's 10th-placed
finish.Hughes is determined to improve on that and feels there is greater belief in the dressing room this season.
Different mentality
"You sense there is a change in mentality in the group," he added. "Last year we were not strong enough in that department."We've
had a big turnaround in personnel. About 14 players have gone out of
the club and it changes the dynamic of the dressing room."We want to play entertaining football and I think we did on most occasions at home last year."We
are attack-minded, and if we keep our home form strong and improve our
away form even by a smaller percentage, we will have a better season
than last year."

Re: City V Wolves
I will go with 3 - 1 (Bellamy, Tevez & Barry). But I would be happy with 1-0.
