England tomorrow
When is the team announced?
And, SWP aside, does anyone on here really give a sod?

Re: England tomorrow
Nope
And I would think the team is announced an hour before the match or something

Re: England tomorrow
You going to watch it if SWP is playing Bozo?
And did you read what Chris Waddle said in the DM? He prays that SWP is chosen over Walcott.

I do. Fox Soccer Channel is showing the game, so I'll have something to watch when I inevitably get bored with the college football.mackenzie wrote:When is the team announced?

The boys will be watching it, so i will be on the pc with it in the back ground.
I dont want us to lose but i am not bothered about sitting down and watching it on its own merits

Re: England tomorrow
Gerrard/Lampard get, yet another, final chance to play together.
Final straw for a completely inept Capello, No Micah so Johnson RB Lescott/Upson CB
SSN showed the stats from Gerrard/Lampard/Both play Gerrard playing without Lampard was by far the most successful.
Until we have a manager who doesn't play up to reputation whilst dropping our most natural goalscorer in a department our country's team is weakest, perhaps then i'll go back to supporting England.
As it is, the way Capello is going about his work, i hope we loose every game.

I would just love it if he could score a goal similar to the one he did against Pompey.

Anyway, why are the England fans now booing Cole? Every player makes a mistake.

Re: England tomorrow
Someone needs to explain to me how Owen doesn't get get in the England squad, presumably based on Newcastle's bad form, when Beckham, the captain of the WORST TEAM in a THIRD-RATE league, does.Stato wrote:FUCK OFF BECKHAM AND DIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: England tomorrow
What's even more ridiculous about it for Beckham is that the Galaxy MUST win at home tomorrow to stay alive in the MLS playoff hunt, and they won't have Beckham or Landon Donovan, far and away their two best players on an otherwise piss-poor team, because the MLS doesn't take off for international dates. Again, third-rate.

Re: England tomorrow
Micah has not been included in the squad when fit Dereck, if you've got an explanation for that too?
I'm still waiting for Capello to at least show glimpses of what he promised when he was first appointed.
Whilst Young/Micah/Agbonlahor etc can't get a place yet the likes of Johnson/Upson/Heskey/Jenas etc can i'll hope England fail.
We're yet again accomodating reputations with Gerrard/Lampard, still Playing Rooney who, until last game couldn't score for club or country for toffee.
Capello has done nothing McClaren hadn't already yet one is still managing England whilst the other attempts to rebuild his reputation with a midtable side of a sub standard league.

A fair assessment.
I fell out of love with the natioanal side 3 years ago and it will take a hell of a lot to get me back supporting them.
