just got back and my anger is subsiding, very slowly, but is subsiding. I have never actually felt angry about a performace before but tonight i did/do. From the off we were never at the races. Couldnt contoll the ball pass the ball, all the basic skills required to play football seemed to elude every player in blue. only two players came out with any credit for me , petrov and bojinov. I think what has angered me the most is that we played AC Milan on saturday and there were so many positives I actually felt confident about tonight, and was let down very badly. Big Phil was awful at best, Stugga was ok but lacked any direction, midfield we needed Hamman , Elano did ok but seemed out of sorts. Dont get me started on Johnson, after tonight why the fook would we offer him a better contract and why would anyone want to sign him. I said to my mate after about 10 mins of the game something seemed horribly wrong, couldnt work out what it was but the whole team seemed almost like they didnt want to be there. I am waiting to see just how the welsh tosser tries to put a positive spin on this, or will he be man enough to admit he failed to motivate the team .

Fook me i sound like i should be on bluemoon. Sorry for the rant guys but i was looking forward to tonight and have to say I felt let down.

However tomorrow will be another day and I will again be looking forward to the Villa game happy in the knowledge that this is city and its never simple so we will probably beat them comfortably.

We were sat so deep not sure what good Hamann would have done

Think we dearly lacked the creation, invention and vision of Ireland. He could have created the key pass or got himself into the right position to change the game.
