I can't see Thaksin being happy with anything less than top 6. I don't predict a happy end to the season

Our squad in my opinion is just not big enough at the moment to compete, so would 2 superstars for loads of money or maybe 5 good solid buys serveus better.

The Players who leave will not raise much, not even Bianchi unfortunatly,


As much as I hate the rag cunt Hughes, i do think he will adress our shortcomings in a pragmatic manner, I just hope and pray he is allowed to buy his own players and not have baubles foisted upon him.

Squad wise I think Spurs are in front of us by quite a margin. Pompey and Villa are on a par and Newcastle are about as far behind us as we are behind Spurs.
We will outspend Pompey and Villa and I'm not worried how much money Keegan has because most of it will be spent on shite. Spurs are the main worry. Everything depends on who we buy and who we keep. As much as I don't want Hughes anywhere near us, I think he will prove shrewder than any of our immediate rivals in the transfer market. Much depends on how much of a say in our transfer policy Thaksin allows him.
