We have two in Elano and Ireland.

What we're missing is a mobile defensive midfielder, so the creative player is allowed to play. If we get this right then it will allow us to play with two strikers, IMO.

This defensive midfielder doesn't have to be world class, but must be disiplined in his role, be able to play a ten yard pass and have a bit of nouse. I reckon Kevin Nolan could be the player for us.
