Fourth?

Much as it pains me to say, I don't think we will do it.

I'll stick with us finishing 6th, at best.

23 points out of our last set of games and we are home and hosed.

It think if we hit our 70 point target we will take 4th spot. league will be won with about 82 or 83 points the way its going unles one of the top 3 goes on a huge winning streak. We can also affect the top as well as our own final position as we play rags and arse. It is possible for us to get that fourth spot but we need to be up and at it from now on, just take the second half of the chelski game and give me some more of that, thank you.

I think the second half against Chelski flattered us to be honest.

I don't think we are all that good at the moment.

Because we have become impatient, we believe we are crap.

Crap is what we have had for the best part of 30 years, give or take the odd season.

We are the hardest team to beat in the league atm, unbeaten at home for nearly a YEAR and still we moan.

I don't believe we are crap at all alf, but I do believe there is little balance at the moment.

WE SHOULD finish fourth, based on our squad and personnel, but we have nothing approaching cohesion at the minute.

Maybe we lack a little somthing, but we are a point away from last years total with ELEVEN games to go. We have been to a semi final for the first time since 1981 , we have done a league double over chelsea for the first time in over 50 years, we have BEATEN the rags at home and been cheated away. I understand the general feeling that we are not good enough yet, but all that i have highlighted above tells me we are really getting somewhere and getting there quicker than the so called big four would like. I have felt low about city recently but when i take a step back and look at it clearly we are on our way. So when we do get the cohesion just imagine what we can do.

IMO, it's ours to lose.

Exactly, no excuses now... i think we're starting to 'get' Mancini's method's too.

He played Chelsea perfectly, i don't think we were that bad 1st half, i think we were playing to a game plan, a little bit of luck along the way and we got a well deserved 3 points.

The fact they finished with 9 shows just how beautifully our team played to frustrate and contain Chelsea for the most part.

The biggest factor in us getting fourth is remaining injury free and maybe getting a few back towards the end of the season to freshen it up.

If we lose Carlito again we'll struggle. Ditto with Bellers.

SWP should play out of his skin in the run in, what with all the contract rumblings. I'm hoping Stevie can settle into some kind of form, but I'm not holding out much hope of that one, just a case of second season syndrome and teams know how to play him now. Happens. He'll come good again.

If we have Addy, Roque and Carlos fully fit and raring to go we'll breeze fourth, those three are much better than anything Spuds and Villa have to offer. Liverpool are over reliant on Gerrard and Torres and are blowing it.

It's ours to lose.

Most exciting Prem in years and I haven't got a fucking clue who will get fourth. I'm still not 100% convinced by Mancini's negative tactics and I don't think the players are.

I'm still unbelievably confident about fourth place.....that it won't be going to us

It would of course be typical City if we lose on the last day, losing 4th place and sparing Wet Spam from the drop.

If we get fourth, city are daft enough to win the chimps league
