I think the only reason he was signed is so Mancini can have someone he knows and trusts in the dressing room.
As a player I think his best days are long gone.

A very good leader. Something we have been lacking. Short contract allows us to tide ourselves over till the summer when the real money can be spent. No point spending fuck loads now when we can spend fuck loads when we are in the Champions league.
