Ticket Office

My lad and his girlfriend are taking two children to the West Ham game but we have to collect their (the kids) new access cards from the ticket office as too late to post.

Can you collect them before the day of the game and is it open on a Saturday?

I'd have thought it would be open on saturday. Isn't it a "normal" working day for the ticket office and the City Store?

I suppose I could ring and check but it's really hard to get through sometimes and aren't those 0870 numbers charged at a high rate? Work will kill me if i do it again.

ticket office will be open saturday. on matchdays they have a portacabin thing specifically for collections , i would ring again to check, if you can get away with it.
