Scott Parker

Sky Sports News "understands" that Scott Parker has agreed terms and will join God's own inthe next 48 hrs. Hmm. Alright, he isn't Kaka, Messi etc etc. But let's face it, they're not gonna come while we're as piss poor as we undoubtedly are...ATM. Parker isn't anywhere near that level, but he is a good midfielder, who will offer more to us than Elano is ATM. I'll give him a fair chance before I pass judgement on him.

Parker is a good buy. He is the sort of player that will be back up when we get the big names in so for now he will do well.

To be fair they're usually pretty spot on... i'll take Parker he'll give us so much more box to box than Elano is able to (thats not a dig at Elano).

He'll give the midfield some much needed bite and balance

I'm not a Hughes fan by any stretch of the imagination, but that performance against NF disgusted me, and it was the players I was annoyed with. More players in the dressing room that will play for him is better for MCFC imo. The sooner we 'Fuck off' all the lazy, soft cunts, the better.

Tbh i think we have been lucky to get Robinho and that has raised expectations way to high for the moment.
