thats because they are halfwitts who dont have any patience or undertdanding of how to do these things. Its like the box office, i have never had a single problem with them either but lots of nobs over there have.

I'm really beginning to like this top and I haven't even seen it yet lol.

I'm a bit worried now, ordered a 38", but thinking I should have gone
for 40"..especially over the winter months with all my layers
underneath.

thats why i am going to the shop on the 18th, so i can try one on, rather than ordering a size that may or may not fit.
