I'd imagine across the road will go into meltdown tonight. Think I'll stick to off topic.

BM in meltdown!
I agree that Barry was poor, Micah and Bridge too.
Ireland came on, presumably for attacking reasons, but then sat deep, deeper than Barry..and we bypassed the midfield anyway by pumping it long.
Frustrating afternoon.

Re: gods own v foolham
when did big fat sam start doing our tactics for us? 2-0 up and comfortable, could stand an odd goal and we were still value for the win cos they were shite, but oh no let another in and we cant turn it back round. we spent millions on our midfield, why did we bother because we bypassed it all bloody day. even the rags getting beat doesnt help me right now cos we should have had 4 in the first half. only glimmer of a positive is that last season we got tonked by this mob so technically its a step forward. but that just isnt good enough any more. we were ideally placed to take advantage of the other results today but yet again we failed to do so.
fuck it i will still be there against scunny

What was puzzling about it ?
2-2
We take a DM midfielder off and put on last seasons most attacking player, i believe it's called going for the win.
Yes NDJ had a good game but that is called a tactical substitution and nothing wrong with it.
What was wrong was the players lumping it long and by passing said midfield talent.

This is what pisses me off about football. We could all see what was wrong, yet the 'experts' on and off the pitch, earning millions a year between them, couldn't.

Not just us either, Spuds reverted to the same tactic when Crouch came on and he is not that style of target man despite his height, so the only conclusion is.......
FOOTBALLERS ARE THICK AS FUCK
